You poor thing! I met a guy when I was 13 and he was eighteen, it lasted for 5 years until I was out of school and in uni and then Poof it was all over, that was 18 years ago. i am now married with two children but let me tell you that there are still days when I feel sad and when i look back I remember that it took me three long years to start feeling like a human being again, there was no excuses made, (although our families fought about the age difference) it was just a case of I have met someone else. I too come from a sad story where I was abused at the age of 11 and spent 5 months in hospital and this man was my saviour, he understood me and he loved me unconditionally, or so i thought. I can just begin to imaging how you feel and stop blaming yourself, two years ago i moved to UK and was invited to a business awards ceremony and who was there.... him!!!! At first I was a little shell shocked, he had aged so much (one always remembers people as they used to be) and then i met his wife and it was so obvious that things were not quite right there!!! But no, I know that he hurt me, he took aay a piece of my life and for a long time I could not function properly, I used to binge drink and take druges. He did not leave you because of a little lie you told, he outgrew you ... thats the bottom line, guys like that like young girls with issues and hang ups, we make them feel good and we are good for onething, they willt ell us anything to keep us around. please stop blaming yourself, one day the pain will be a lot less andyoiur life willg o on!
