That really blows!
I have been in an almost similar situation, but I never got confirmation. It was just hear say. My friend on the other hand, begged and pleaded with me for a year saying that it never happened and she was just trying to cause problems for me and anyone close to me.
In the end, I believed him, but still nothing compared to your story. You should be pissed and be angry. I would suggest the following for revenge.
Try to stay friends with this Sara chick, or call her back like you have forgiven her. Then keep her close, and when she meets with someone that she really likes, pounce and take what is hers.
With the ex, hmmm.. that is easy, make some fliers with a picture of him, and post it in all the ladies room in the local hang outs that he frequents. On the fliers, just title it as Beware and Herpes Carrier underneath it.
Hope you feel better and I do believe that revenge is the best remedy for a betrayed heart.
