The Story
I first met this guy about 7 years ago. We immediately hit it off and had tons of chemestry. But for certain reasons it could't work. Through the years he would contact me. I'd remind him who I was and that it couldn't work. A few months ago he contacted me again. I told him the same but this time he convinced me that "we were older" now and he watned the whole package. I decided to give him a chance. He was great! We were both happy and looking forward to a future of dating. Prior to this I had purposely taken a break from meeting men for a few years because I was tired of all the problems and crap from meeting the wrong men. I thought this guy could be the one! I already knew him so we were already past the first time jitters. It was like slipping into comfortable slippers. I was the happiest I've been in years! BUT then he dropped the bomb! He told me that he was a swigner and we could have a wonderful relationship together if I agreed to sleep with other men while he watched and watch him with other woman!!! OMFG!!!! I was SHOCKED!! BLOWN AWAY!!! I felt that I had been kicked in the stomach..and heart! Since that confession from him we have been going up and back. I was so numb and in denial and could not get out of my head what I thought we were going to have together! I tried dumping him but ended up running back. Finally yesterday I wrote him and said it can't be. There was no way I could do what he asked and I knew he wouldn't change. It was a lost cause. So I said goodbye to a man I thought was my soulmate. What makes it so hard is that I KNOW he cared for me just as much. Its not like we had problems other than his fetish. But that ruined it..for good. I wish he told me he hated my guts and to get lost. That would have been easier. Even better I wish he had told me right way and saved me a lot of heartache! So here I am broken hearted trying to get past him. :( I put myself out there again....after years of avoiding this BS..and once again it failed :(
