The Story
This story is a little bit different. I was a sophmore in High School and I loved Traci Reis. She was my dream girl I thought. We would always hang out at school and we had the best times together. I often had the feeling that she might be the one. That was before I became a unicorn. The trouble started when Mid-Winter came around. Mid-Winter was a school dance that rivaled Prom. All of our friends were already going with some one and Traci didn't have a date! I was so scared. That meant that I had to ask her and I hated dancing so much at the time. But I knew what I had to do and I did it. I asked her and she said yes and even acted excited. I couldn't wait but I was also dreading it. This was my make it or break it moment. It was finally the night before and everything was going great until I went to bed. I had felt it all day long but didn't think much of it. Then as I got ready for bed I looked in the mirror and saw a red spot. It wasn't too bad but I felt it had to go. So I started squezzing and trying everything I could but it was the kind that is huge but deep that never really get a white head. So after a while I gave up and went to bed defeated by a small red infection. The next morning it got it's revenge on me for the mean way I had treated it. Again my mirror was the one that had to reveal it to me. I had grown a horn over night right in the middle of my forehead. Some say it wasn't a real horn but they had to admit that it looked like one. I freaked out. It was so big that I couldn't even fit a hat on that was suppose to fit everyone. I couldn't let Traci see me looking like this. My own Mother couldn't keep from laughing at me. There was only one man who could save me at this moment. My very own super man Doctor Macnet, my dermatologist. I called him and he shoved a needle with something in it into my horn and it pretty much deflated right away. So I guess in the end I won and the dance turned out ok. But I was born from the experience.
