tell me do you think this is messed up my ex broke my heart so bad it felt like someone stab me in my back.

my ex were together for 4 years and the day he broke up wit me he said i was cheating on him with his friend but i wasnt its just that when we have problems i go to his friends (whos goes with my sister) and he just tells me wat i should do but he didnt believe me at all so he told me its over that it wasnt working out. so i was hurt and crying cause i really cared for him so a week went by and i saw one of my home girls well she aint anymore she was with my ex and you know i just went up starte asking questions like why and how. but it turns out that i was a bet and they were sleeping around. and i been through 10!!! heartbreaks and two heartbreakee but it was just wrong how i they done me it wasnt fair now it seems that i cant trust any onee now
