The Story

I tell the moon secrets she is my true love.


She never cheated on me

She never will

She waits for me every night even when I am drunk and late

She never complains

She always listens

She leaves at just the right time when I need to be alone

She stays late in the morning when I still need her

She follows me wherever in the wide world I wander

She always understand

She always forgives me

She always comes back for me

She never gets mad when I work all night and can't make it home

She once sat with me on a cross country train ride on the California Zephyr

She listens to my kind of music

She never gets mad when I am with someone else

She is the perfect date when you've made other plans

She watches me sleep

She never interrupts

She looks into my eyes looking into hers and instills inspiration to my heart

She knows when to leave even if I don't

She never overstays her welcome

She always leaves in a quiet and polite way

She is fun to take camping

She can blend into a high class party

She drinks with me at night in the canyons

She stays up with me on long drives

She keeps me company on long flights
